It’s easy in my layout program, but I was worried about chiasms being split over pages, etc. I got a small company in USA to do it for a few hundred bucks.

This month a new version of my layout program is coming out – and it now includes epub capability – so I might be able to do my own in future.

I should have a complete draft of Covenant Key together in a week or two – will shoot it over so you can pull it apart again!
